Seedorf will seek Ancelotti advice
Milan boss Clarence Seedorf has admitted he’ll be taking advice from Carlo Ancelotti ahead of his side’s game with Atletico Madrid.
The Italian giants travel to Vicente Calderon next week for the second-leg of their Last 16 Champions League clash, looking to overturn a 1-0 deficit.
And the former midfielder has revealed that he will seek advice from his ex-boss and current Real Madrid man.
“We bumped into each other today and had a bit of a chat,” he told Sky Sport Italia.
“The derby was a great battle, especially in the first half. I won't have second thoughts about calling Carlo for any information.”
Ancelotti then commented on the Rossoneri’s match with the Rojiblancos.
“I wish Seedorf a lot of luck, even though Atlético are the favourites. It will take a big effort from Milan.
“It will be an intense game because Atlético will give everything. For them reaching the quarter finals is a big goal and there will be a great atmosphere.
“We will need to see the best Milan.”
